Molluscum Contagiosum

Molluscum is a pox virus that is very common in children and forms small pearly
pink bumps often in clusters. Molluscum is very contagious and easy to pick up
from gymnastics or tumbling mats, swimming pools, and close contact sports.
Molluscum can be treated using several methods including the blistering agent,
canthardin, but it often takes several treatments before the body mounts immunity
against the virus and clears the molluscum bumps.
