The Lotus Loyalty program is a 12-month membership. Once subscribed, the monthly membership fee will auto-draft from your account each month. One additional month will be charged if canceled before the 1 year sign up anniversary.
The membership fee annually renews until a member cancels at least one month prior to their anniversary date.
Members receive an email reminder before an annual membership autorenewal occurs.
Lotus Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with any other discount/promotion, unless specified otherwise. All treatments are non-transferrable and must be used within the annual membership time frame.
Unused monthly treatments will roll over to the next month, but must be used within a year of sign up date.
